Default e5 Trades

Hello,

With enthusiasm of other guys ( no1 , Muratt and amog ) i am starting this as a test purpose. I selected this day because it has triggered a new base entry today. As a quick and short summary,

1) This system utilizes 5 levels to trade, One central (e0), two above (+e1, +e2) and two below (-e1 , -e2) that. This set of levels acquire new values whenever opening of any day is beyond highest/lowest ( +e2/-e2) levels, till then same set of values are utilized by coming days.

2) This system trades with one Base entry and two separate , different Secondary entry/exit positions. Base entry is initiated once and only once if new set of e5 levels generates and theoretically Base entry is at Market Open Price of that day. For practical purpose we proxy Market Open Price to be closing price of 1st minute candle. Nature of Base entry is Short ( opening below -e2 ) or Long ( opening above +e2 ). Entry/Exit of Base position will be done only on e0 levels.

3) Secondary entry/exits are done on +e1/+e2 and -e1/-e2 levels. But not always. Decision is based on whether market trades on that levels or not and one other system rule. Secondary entries are exited on 2 level difference or on next generation of Base entry. Means for example if we have Secondary short at +e1 then this can be exited in these ways

a) Exit Secondary Short at -e1
b) Exit Secondary Short at new e0

similarly if we have Secondary Long entry at -e2 then

a) Exit Secondary Long at e0 of same set.
b) Exit Secondary Long at new e0.

4) Values of e5 depends little on range of generation day ( but not much ) and can be fully fixed once day's range completes. It do not often trades on e0 and +e1/-e1 on same generation day unless very low volatile regim persist, so Base entry is unaffected by that.

At present it sounds complicated and i might not have explained efficiently but thru process it will be more clear. But its not just very easy.

Because today is generation day of new e5 levels, market opened below previous -e2 level hence we have new Base entry as Short on closing price of 1st minute -> 7731. Provisional e5 levels at present are as below

+e2 : 7848
+e1 : 7789
e0 : 7730
-e1 : 7670
-e2 : 7611

So as explained if market trades thru 7789 ( +e1 ) today or on any subsequent next day until these e5 set is in validation, we will have first secondary short entry at that level alongwith base entry.

Stay tuned for more. All expiry shift will be done accumulating expiry difference.
