Wrong Forum Time Issue Resolved
There was a time setting issue at server end, it has been resolved. Thanks for your co-operation.
From our Hosters: ============== We will be preforming kernel upgrades on all of our shared and reseller servers tonight. We expect there to be a brief 5-7 minutes of downtime on each server. Once they are up we expect that this will increase our stability and security. Now you know the reason if there are any issues with forum accessibility.

Its because of the server time and forum software time mismatch. The host is performing some upgrades leading to server issues.
