Default Valvenet's Robotrade anyone?

Has anyone tried Valvenet's Robotrade for fully automated algo trading? Any reviews of it?

Website looks amateurish/non professional

Someone should take a trial and report back.

Yes, it does. Surprisingly, it's not that they don't have money or anything. Authorised with DotEx for data vending. That's what I'm trying to gauge. Is this non-professional attitude there in the products and services as well?

Some features that I found out were not there, are in terms of execution. They only provide support for market orders. No execution algos. What I could make from the demo videos was that it only supports always in systems and you have to manually square off, if you want to exit a trade. Other was risk management. You have to manually enter what quantity you want to trade for each contract/security.

Any advantages for executing Option orders?
Like I want to execute a butterfly in a single click for all the 4 legs, can it be done?

Dear Nj23,
I am sharing my views,i had subscribed to them for 1 year for realtime data ,
it was gone smooth well at 2014 to 2015 ,after that I left them for my other works for 6 months, 2 months back is subscribed back ,very shock to see their quality went very bad and customer service also poor, the rates updation very slow, infact I have 10 mbps speeded broadband, and their software hangs a lot,
whatever it may be,u can take trail of any facility and give a try, then u can get clear picture

I think there might be some other issue because I used the same on an Amazon VPS with the internet speed of 300 Mbps about a month ago. I never faced latency or any freezes of the software. The customer support is not that great I agree to that.

RCRT don't seem to be professional too. I had scheduled a call yesterday at 3 PM with them. I still haven't received any. So, suspicious about the support.

God! Technology here is so amazingly limited and it's irritating. I think a custom solution i.e. getting everything coded according to your specifications is the only way.
