I cant say about the way you are trying to learn "everything" including MP but this may not be a appropriate way not only for you but for most other new MP learner. I will repeat all advice given by other fellow traders ,

1) Read a MP book slowly and try to observe the phenomenon described in that during market hour , almost daily without much absence on daily basis from market.

2) You must keep patience and should try to resolve your doubts and queries by self reading/observing/applying process. Spoon feeding is not going to help if you try.

3) Do not involve in every thin concept of MP....remain focused on firm and thick concepts. Because this is what most of new learner could not understand and get lost from MP forever. I broadly distinguish thin and thick concept on the basis of how frequently they occur and deviate. This may not be universal choice and next other trader might have some thing different view, so you have to evolve your own view about this.

Like i use a MP concept , very thick , happening most of time almost every day on some scale of time - Imbalance follows Balance and Balance follows Imbalance. I am not joking neither making fun, saying hard reality strained from 6 years of experience. This single most thick concept is sufficient to earn a good chunk when applying on Options Selling.

Note, i already said every next trader has its own view, i use this MP concept not for trending trades rather trying to pick the location where market is expected to rotate in some region. Because here it spend time and erode option's time value from even Morning to Evening. You can't imagine how good money you can pick every week with BankNifty's weekly expiring options with help of understanding this single concept.

A thin concept in my view like Minus Development, Single Print retrace etc are best to avoid. I am not saying they don't work but i refrain to peek in that.
3I days is yet another thin concept, occur rarely but works ok. Implication of 3I day in my view is , following day resumes followup buying/selling in first hour and hence call for overnight position near 3I day closing. ( we can only deduce day after whole day elapse and hence to take position near closing ).
So what is happening today

Careful newbies, dont try to emulate something the pros like Devdas do, its Banknifty, its volatility is higher than Nifty and Options, its a highly leveraged wasting asset, you may be damn right about the market , right to the dot, but you will wonder why you still lost money, I am not frghtening or discouraging anyone, just conveying that anything in the market needs super hard work, nothing is easy as it seems.

The biggest obstacle in trading using MP is the TRADER's psyche itself.

Understanding MP n its concept is more important then learning it technically. Once you know how the auction process works, MP becomes more n more easier to understand.

Newbies who jumps into MP concept makes the first mistake as they start considering it as a TRADING SYSTEM. And like always, they want to make a holygrail out of it. Try to make it mechanical n all that stuff ( I too was one of them to be honest.) . Then one fine day he realize MP doesnt work ,.. LoL.. The fact is totally upside down, MP n concept works but our psyche doesnt.

Next mistake is without understanding the process properly, they just jump into trading. Start making trades here n there. And end up with same opinion above ,.. MP doesnt work.

As per my best knowledge, one really need to understand 2 way auctions to understand core of MP.

Good writeup @ D2 bhai ,..

80% rule is very powerful, so is Initial Balance, just anybody who can master these two had increased his chance of making easy money by many folds

The Value Area: The range of prices where 70% of yesterday's volume took place.

The 80% Rule: When the market opens above or below the value area, and then gets in the value area for two consecutive half-hour periods. The market then has an 80% chance of filling the value area.
