I have got an interesting question!
I need opinion of all experts and non-experts on this...

I face two brokers with different brokerage schemes for day trading...

Broker 1: -
This broker charges 0.025% brokerage of total turnover for each and every trade.

Broker 2: - This broker charges NIL brokerage for losing trades but 0.075% brokerage of total turnover for Winning trades.

So which broker is preferable and how?

Thanks & regards,
priyanvada

There is a real catch on what u will say a loosing trade or winning trade if u r trading on same instrument through out a day.

I would prefer broker 1 if i dont have any other better choice. Or i would prefer a broker who is either charging me fixed brokerage. I do advise RKGlobal for day/swing traders. 999 per month on NSE cash and 9 rs per lot in F&O/MCX/NCDEX.

Yes ... anyway for simplification let say I trade only once(buy & sell or sell and buy) in a given day ... Then who is preferable...?

This will be such a great news for me if true as I have understood here!!...

DO you mean I pay 999 per month and I have no limits on volume of trade during that month ... I mean even if my brokerage while trading in a given month exceeds say 1000Rs. then I have to pay only 999Rs.???!! Is this what you mean???

Thanks n regards,
priyanvada

Yes , 999 rs per month + taxes.

By paying 999 per month for NSE Cash market. U can do unlimited number of trades and turnover. The brokerage u will be charged will be Zero.

It implies for both intraday transactions and delivery transactions.

Another good thing about 0 brokerage is, When u pay 0 as brokerage , it reduces ur extra cost ( Taxes+sas on brokerage ).

If ur paying more then 1K to ur current broker for ur cash market transactions. Yes this one can be better option. I have many clients who shifted to this after paying me tonz as brokerage earlier with other brokers.
