You can do this with the help of vlookup function in excel. Load data into 2 sheets and then run a simple formula using vlookup.

Google for sample code on how to use vlookup function. I dont have excel on any of my systems right now, but this is a fairly simple and standard thing to do in excel.

You can also google find details on how to do it from a different xls file or a different csv file.
