The days for which data is not available, can safely be declared as holidays in the charting softwarez.

Extract the data and use Metastockdownloader software to convert the ascii file to Metastock format.This is tick data so put 0(zero) in the Timeinterval option.  Note: Metastock is not fit for this tick data because metastock does not support more than 65500 entries so that will be complted in just few days because its tick data and will show errors and will ask you to delete the older data.

I really wish i could do that, but sorry buddy , its not in my hand.  . If one get get it from esignal then too volume would be a big problem as I provide volume as number of contracts been traded while esignal data will have number of shares traded.Then too lookin forward. Darshiit
