I have read some news on safeguard investment they have mentioned some simple steps such as :

1. Invest with a margin of safety taking in to consideration all the factors, as risky investments may turn in to night mare for us.
2.Set out clear goals / targets, and follow them when you invest.
3.Always know your limits and never go over board or over budget and you might land up in a big mess.
4.Do not have a sheep mentality–if others are investing don’t follow them just because they are investing. You must use your own grey cells and take decisions.
5.You must understand the basic fundamentals and dynamics of business before you invest.

I want to ask what are risk factors involved if we invest considering above steps?

:dontknow: :-?
