Can I trade in all the InstaForex currencies being a citizen of India?? Is it legal or illegal to do so?

I am from India. I want to trade in forex . I want to open an account in InstaForex. So what should I do?
Is there any branch/agent of yours in India to whom I can contact?

I am not sure how to transfer funds from my bank to my InstaForex account ... Is it the same way we do in india through cheques or online fund transfer? I am not sure if everything is legal or not?

Thanks a lot Sir for the kind information!...I wish there be some more representatives of yours all over India ... since I am not in vicinity of any of your representatives in India and also I am NOT comfortable with any of the money transfer options of yours right now ... I would have a preferred a cheque transaction ... and also a person to person communication in case of any trouble... Right now it does not feel SAFE to me somehow...

Since you have got Asia's No.1 broker award, I will be always interested to choose as my most preferred forex broker ...

Right now I am thinking about opening my first forex account in forex4you since there seems good support team to always help me out if I get stuck in my trading journey ... But sadly I would not be as happy as i would by having an account in InstaForex ...

What do you mean by a cheque transaction? Isn't this the same with wire bank transfers?

If you live here in Kaliningrad, you will able to visit an office and talk to our staff personally. But what about representative offices in India? Couldn't you visit them? I suppose, they could assist you personally in you need.

Anyway, it's you right to choose a broker, which you will deal with. I wish, you chice will be the right.

I wish if possible will you please enlighten me on brokerage/commission charged on a given trade in Forex Trading ...

I had a talk with fx4you personnel ... but what he said went parallel to my brain ... he was telling something about price spreads but I didn't understood that at all ... So there is uncertainty in my mind and hence FEAR!

... Some advertise example FXcentral says No commissions ...Which I don't believe at all ...and also adds to uncertainty ...and hence FEAR!

One Australian trader who is making good fortune in forex says ,"The problem however was difficulty with trading on small capital (eg. $200-300 US) due to having profits wiped out by brokerage. Forex allowed me to trade in my own time, as its 24/5 which is great!"

... since this brokerage/slippage "directly and heavily" affects my "freedom to be inaccurate"....and also my "System's Expectancy" ... I really really wish to understand the slippage/brokerage point as clearly ...

So I request you to please kindly explain me how I am charged in Forex trading... What is really good ... and where it can get bad ...
