Default Sales reports

We are aware of the sales reports provided by the companies on a quarterly basis.

Are sales reports available on a monthly, weekly, or even a daily basis?

Most sales teams will try to do a daily reporting, but that is not always going to be done on the very same date when sales have been booked.

Mostly sales teams will have monthly and quarterly targets and they will end up booking a lot of sales towards the end of the month/quarter/year.

So while in theory a company's MIS systems may have daily sales figures, those will not be very accurate or very useful in most organizations.

I doubt if the sales head of any major company is able to get accurate daily sales reports.

Now when it comes to getting the data from the company, they will only give it out as infrequently as they can get away with. In general listed companies are required to report once every quarter. And that is why you get quarterly results from companies which includes sales figures.

Most companies will treat sales data as privileged information and they will not disclose the same unless required by regulators or the stock exchanges. So it is highly unlikely that you will get public sales reports that are for a duration less than a quarter.

Default EPS - quarterly and annual

What is the process to calculate annual EPS from the quarterly EPS's?

I have tried adding the four individual EPS numbers but the resulting number didn't match with the annual EPS.
