Background & Objects of the Issue:
HDFC Ltd. has issued 3.65 crore warrants, at an issue price of
Rs.14 per Warrant each exchangeabl
e for one Equity Share, at an
exercise price of Rs.1,475 per Warrant, aggregating to Rs.5383.75
cr. upon exercise, assuming all warrant holders exercise the
warrants. The total proceeds from the Issue, after deducting fe
es, commissions and expenses of the Issue from the aggregate
proceeds of the Issue, including the proc
eeds of 5,000 NCDs of Rs.1,00,00,000 each
aggregating to Rs.5,000 cr. and the initial
proceeds Rs.50.1 cr. from the warrant iss
ue, are expected to be approximately up to
Rs.10,418.85 crore. T
he company intends to
use the Net Proceeds for augmenting the long term resources of the Company for the purpose of on lending for housing finance
and their future capital requirements.

Lot size 7300 so total cost would be 11L-12L possible option would be buy in equity or warrant itself.there should be a scrip HDFCW2 in your terminal.best idea is to be buying it if you think it will do well.
