Default OptionsOracle Data Import Issue

I am a regular user of Samoasky's OptionsOracle software, but few days back suddenly this issue cropped up. I am not able to import NIFTY data. I get a message that this symbol does not exist.

I also use their Strategy Builder software. Its working absolutely fine.

I have written several mails to Samoasky but no replies yet.

I would request the experienced members of this forum to throw some light on this issue and provide a solution.. thanks

Download the attachment, extract it and go to option oracle, there at left bottom you will see 'load' tab, click on this and browse where you extracted the attachment, you should see ^NIFTY.opo file. Double click. You will get data in option oracle. Now just hit refresh button which is at left top corner. Latest price should update.

Just hit refresh button, it will automatically update ( make sure your internet connection is active). While exiting OO it will prompt for saving the file, say yes that will be your latest Nifty option file.

Go to configuration > general > under 'calculation guidelines' select 'use ask/bid prices (recommended).' Under 'for stock positions' select 'use last price' > save
In main window you will see sep 12 tab, click on it. If it doesn't work then please post screen shot of main window and configuration window.
Here is my OO screen shot.

Added today's OO file. Also note that you will not see last trade in off market hours.
