Galaxy tab and other tablet based computers are mostly android based so you can not run trading platform like Odin. This is not useful for trading.

What I am asking is can Esignal's web based charting and Broking house's
web based ordering be done with these tablets ?
for example Angel broking has web based tools.I think Indiabulls too.

For charting you will get numerous web based vendors and that's on very cheap rate, but Esignal primarily is a data vendor and giving 5k/month and that only for web based charting is not so economical. Yes almost all the brokers give web based platform to clients on demand but latency is too much and surely not for pro traders.

Just compare your regular lap top or super desktop, there you are getting the direct tick feed from e-sig to your desired charting platform, your signals executed gave alert sound/msg and you immediately trade according to it.
Now here is android based platform which can not execute your codes in Multicharts/ami/ninja.. furthermore trading platform is not tried and tested, I just want to make a point that only when there is emergency then we may need such back up platform but as a regular need those platforms are fancy and can not be replaceable at least for the time being.

But that is exactly what I am looking for.. to adjust positions when I can't be at my trade station.. A laptop is too cumbersome to carry around anymore.

No question of comparing a notebook with a tablet here.

I think we have to wait for technology to evolve..loll at present form technology doesn't support the vast need of us traders who are on move. With present rate I am sure that we will get our solution not more than a year.

Default Windows based tablet

There seems to be a better option
Windows 7 based tablet "ASUS Eee Slate" a 12.1 " screen
Core i5/ 4GBRAM / 64 GB HDD. Both pen and Keyboad mode
