Try and get good motherboards with solid state capacitors. Else no use reviving!

here is the basic guideline for buying or assembling a machine :

i3 / i7 or AMD select any build a new desktop. (AMD redion is quadcore , AMD phenoms have hexacore which is same as i5) no doubt intel is king and costly.
(if ur processor has overclocking facility u can OC ur PC to get extra performance for that cases coolers are mandatory and OC can burn ur PC if u OC too much )

motherboards you have to choose as per your processor ( based on socket AM2/AM3/AM3+/LGA etc. if it is not properly in support list or so )
(For OC purpose your MOBO should be ready for it because OC produces heats to boostup the performance if mobo can not consume it is useless of mobo for that purpose and it will be burned ur PC )

PSU (very vital part and we neglect it) > 650W check the voltage parms and for OC purpose 1100W or so. (cnt remember properly the exact params)
(i prefer coolermaster or corsear PSUs )

RAM lower latency/timing XMS GSKILL family as per ur motherboards (as much as I used to know 6-6-3-18 is better than 9-9-9-18 etc)
(sometimes we find higher timings in 8GB RAM than the 4GB RAM in that case 4GB x2 will may produce better performance than the 8GB )
GSKILL XMS RAMs are mostly coming OC ready

Addition to that please use a cooler of thermaltake or coolermaster for CPU,GPU,MOBO as per ur needs and requirements.
(water based coolers are required for OC machine)

minimum 60k to 80k + (For OC machine 1.2L to 1.6L minimum )

In one word vendor made products are useless for gaming/HFT etc.

NOT tracking recent matrices need help.
these specs are for tech-shavy peoples ordinary peoples buy vendor products .

for expert comments
