Default Point & Figure Charting

Point and Figure Charting is supposedly PA trading (kinda) as there is no concept of time at all in the way its charted.

A lot of people are promoting it, saying its NOISELESS, as it reduces a lot of noise while charting.

One thing I have understood here is, as against Candlestick charting, P&F does not work on reversals ie few candles of reversals like Hammer, Doji etc would never show up on P&F and only the meat of the move would be traded, thereby helping cut a lot of chop chop / noise off the charts.

I will try to share a few charts here .... and existing users could add onto a lot of knowledge too.

Any System which reduces "noise" reduces many good trades as well.
in NT same hold true with Unirenko as well.

Point & Figure and renko type of charts are great for trend trading. They will help you identify areas where market is trending and congestion areas.

Combine a PNF chart with MP concepts and you have a very powerful way to identify when market is trending and when it is ranging..

Yes, will - I have still no proper setup as yet - give me a few days.

Identified TV18 abv 42 as a buy with stop 38, Sunpharma abv 682 as buy etc

I found that tradingview.com has good pnf charting. But then you will need to adjust the box size for every stock. I dont use PNF a whole lot because of this.

I havent tried PNF on Ninja or Ami, so cant comment on those.

Can you compare tradingview and tradepoint for EOD P&F charting?

You seem to be quite active on tradingview, so why dont you use their P&F charting features?
