Thanks for the pics. Brought back memories from my childhood of the visit to all these places in 1973.

Also the Philomena Church and the Zoo are added attractions .
Mysore will be totally bright during the Dasara Celebrations... It would be really nice to see Mysore at that time

Guys please suggest me must see places in and around Trivendram. Also good seafood joints and hotels to stay.

I am heading for Trivendram tonight by train , where the stay will be for 4/5 days .

So far Dhanushkoti is in the itenarari.
Dont have much Idea myself will be dependent on my son who will join later and local guides .

Ok, Shireeji,

Kovalam Beach, U can reach there by bus from East Fort bus terminal /taxi. about 15 Km from railway station.

Zoo, Art Gallery and Museum, I know u love it. It in the heart of the City.
Can Reach there by Double Decker Bus, and ordinary bus

Veli Tourist Village (a picnic spot and boating) and Shangumugham Beach about 10 Km. Shangumugham is on the way to Veli. Can reach there buy Bus/Taxi

Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple - at East Fort, 1 Km from Railway station.

Also Make a trip to Kanyakumari(Tamil Nadu), the end of the penisula, 70 Km from Tvm, if possible, woth a trip

Hotel and eating places, I can't make a suggestion because i stays there with my relatives.

For stay near by railway station their is hotel horizon,hotel south park are all rent cost about 2to 5k. And below that their is lot of hotels near by railway station and bus stand.
If you like beach resort, their is govalam beach resort by kttc.
Their is padmanaba palace in the heart of the city and govalam beach.
thiruvalla, boovar where you can enjoy back water boating and resorts.
varkala, and museum zoo. kollam at 60km from tvm where back water resort and botting available . Lastly the great kanyakumari the indias south which is 50km from tvm approximately.Enjoy your trip to south with pleasure.
