Murtaza Bhai,
The system is based on trend trading and stop is based on some calcuation.  It won't be suitable for day-traders. How-ever, one can use today's low as stop.

Short term trend:-Up (but not cleared) Stop for Longs :-5235 (spot) possible upside swing :-5310, if break 5355-5380 possible downside swing :-5190-5168. A close below 5235 can throw the nifty upto 5100 levels or even lower. below 5235 , I will like to go short or buying put with stop of 5315 spot.

Nifty closed at-5244.80 Short term trend:-down Stop for shorts :-5286 (spot) possible upside swing :-5316-5352 possible downside swing :-5212-5176. A close above 5286 will zoom the nifty upto 5350 or above.
