Default Unlisted / Delisted Shares

Dear All,

Many of us would be having shares in Physical form which at one time or other were doing good but as of date are not listed on any Stock Excange or are dead stocks ..

Generally nobody ever throws the certificates - they keep it - thinking at some time this co could be revived or just a small glint of hope that they may get something in return for this.

Same story at my end too ... I have many a scrips in physical format which are shares purchased long time back in private placement or from secondary market or given as company demerged etc but are not listed on any stock exchange.

Some of these companies are operational and send regular Annual Reports, Notices etc and some Dividends too!!

But alas I cannot sell them since they are Unlisted. Now what does one do with these ...

What i have noticed normally is.

When so ever some big boy/ broker / party is seeking for delisted shares. Next is big news on the card. That is either relisting of that script again or buy back completly.

Same kind of ads i have seen before KGN re-listed. Have dealt with such things in the past. When i was not into technicals. Now things r different, dont seek multibaggers.

Consistance gain is enough for living.

Cheers,
Darshiit

Oh yes. These offers coming regularly .. everyone must be thinking how!!!!

Well, some sites on the net which deal in delisted/unlisted shares .. I have put up some shares which I have (not all) and once these 2 are finalised .. then next lot on sale ...

Let us hope for the best ...
