Default Place for custom made indicators

This is a thread to post easy language codes that you may want to share.
Also you can treat it as a dump bag to throw the indicators which you are not interested anymore who knows might be some one find it useful to incorporate it in his/her existing trading strategy rules...

So here we go ..

simple footprint

Code:
value1 = upticks - downticks ;
if close > open and value1 < 1 then
value2 = text_new( date, time, open, "D");
if close< open and value1 > 1 then
value3 = text_new( date, time, open, "U");
This code gives text indication on bar itself.
If there is divergence between price and volume ex. If price is higher than previous tick and volume for up move is lower than volume for down move then it will print ' D ' on the bar indicating down move is imminent.
If price is going up and volume is also higher then nothing will print.
If price is down than previous price and volume is up than previous volume then indicator will print 'U' on the bar.

This will draw horizontal line on highest high of previous 'x' bars, in input you can select how many bars high or low you want by adjust input 'len' also you can change highest high color and lowest low color of trendline by selecting values in input, by default it is blue and red.
It will wait till 1030 to form the pattern and it will automatically close at 3 pm ( you can change those values as well by changing input values of end time )
Posted the chart to show how chart looks like when you applied as default. ( by default highest high/ lowest low vlalues are 3 )

EasyLanguage code for a combined indicator (all but CCI) is presented here. The indicator code plots the Keltner channel and colors the bars based on the ADX and the relationship of the bar’s closing price to an eight-bar simple moving average. It also plots a dot marker based on volume surges. Details of the conditions required for painting the bars and plotting the dot markers can be found in Star’s article.

The CCI can be plotted using the TradeStation built-in indicator called Comm Channel Index. Also shown here is some strategy code for a breakout strategy that enters long when CCI is greater than zero and the close is greater than the upper Keltner band; it enters short when CCI is less than zero and the close is less than the lower Keltner band. A long position is exited when price closes below the upper Keltner band or CCI goes below zero. A short position is exited when price closes above the lower Keltner band or CCI goes above zero.

Thumbs up

I am not sure if it is the right place to post it, but since the thread is about easy language codes, here are the download links of a Very Famous "and eventually banned" Thread on Tradestation Forum -"TREND INDICATOR - NEVER LOSE AGAIN Motherlodes!". It had indicators posted by TRO.

Someone retrieved the thread from the google cache and uploaded it, so that the thread could be read offline.

Download link for Trend_Indicator Folder. It has got all the webpages of that thread -

https://rs129tl.rapidshare.com/#!dow...|40826|R~0|0|0

Download link for Data Folder. It has got all the Files of that thread -

Download DATA.rar from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

This is a Very Big Collection of a lot of Indicators etc.

Here lot of people use MC or TS but most are not that active members...
Easiest way to feed live data is use Amibroker > automatic analysis> kaka's afl to export data in ASCII format> transfer data to OHLC folder> map it in MC.
Other way which is little sophisticated but not that easy is use DDE server to import data in MC.
For Trade Station it's same but you need Owndata for it.
